Shipping Information

If an order is placed before 12:00 pm EST on a business day, Ultmax will attempt to send it out in the same day, otherwise the next business day. However, there might be delay due unexpected factors such as shipment delay, staff, extreme weather condition, etc.

Shipping Charge

Shipping will be free for orders over $50 (Before tax) order in most Canadian provinces. Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon not included. Shipping charges will be calculated based on products ordered during checkout for orders under $50.

Remote locations or what Canada Post refers as air stage offices are excluded from the above shipping services.

An air stage office is a post office whereby all mail must be airlifted for more than 6 months of every year. Air stage offices exist because a practical surface transportation alternative is not available in the area. These offices are generally confined to remote or isolated communities. On-Time Delivery Guarantee is not available for air stage offices. You can find the full list of air stage offices here

For orders shipping to remote locations, shipping costs will be adjusted based on the weight and dimension of the actual order package. Our customer support representatives will contact customer to confirm shipping charge before sending out the order.

Courier & Shipping Time

Ultmax ships with all major couriers include but not limit to Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, and UPS. All orders shipped out will be traceable with a unique tracking# online.

Shipping time varies depends on the shipping address. Please use the Canada Post shipping map below as a reference.
